仁爱英语教学计划1一、指导思想：
初中英语教育大纲明确提出：“教育要面向现代化，面向世界，面向未来。”随着我国“素质教育”的实施，目前我校初中英语教学正由过去的片面追求升学率的“应试教育”向培养全面发展人才的`“素质教育”转变。我校是农村初中，英语素质教育的最主要阵地便是课堂教学。为使课堂教学优化，高效，也为适应素质教学改革与发展规律的需要，培养新时代多能智慧型的学生，根据八年级英语教学大纲、仁爱英语教材八年级(下)、本期教学时间、我校教育设施和本班学生的实际出发制定教学计划。
二、全册教学目的要求：
1. 本册书中要求分层次掌握的新单词、短语、新句型等。
2. 功能用语与话题：
Social communications, Attitudes, Emotions, Talking about a trip, Talking about making reservations for tickets, hotels and so on, Talking about how to raise money, Talking about traffic rules and traffic safety, Talking about direction and position, Talking about cycling races and so on.

仁爱英语教学计划15一、基本情况分析
本学期我担任九年级144班及147班英语教学工作。共有110人，部分学生掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法，能够积极主动认真地学习，学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的，缺少学习的热情和主动性，自觉性较差，相应的学习习惯也差。主要原因是没有激发学生学习英语的兴趣，学生觉得英语学习是一种负担，一部分学生没有掌握记忆单词的方法，连基本的单词听不懂，学不会，但是学生整体的惰性还是很强，自觉性很差。应加强基础知识的讲解和基本技能的训练，让学生掌握词汇、语法、句型等基础知识和听、说、读、写等基本技能；另外，注意培养学生对英语的兴趣；让学生掌握记忆单词、听力、写作等英语学习技能，培养良好的学习习惯和自主探索、合作学习能力。充分调动学生的学习积极性和主动性，使每一位学生都能在学习中有所收获、有所进步。
另外，学生在情感态度,学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如：很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的，没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流；大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯，不能做好课前预习课后复习，学习没有计划性和策略性；不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注意知识的巩固和积累。
二、教材分析
本学期英语教学内容为九年级上册，共4个单元12个话题，具体教学内容包括：
词汇：识记、理解、掌握书中的所有单词，熟练应用重点单词和短语。
重点1.语法：掌握现在完成时，被动语态，了解部分构词法，掌握英语的基本句子结构：并列句，定语从句。
重点2.阅读：主要训练学生根据问题找细节的能力。然后根据不同同学的.水平，再分层次阅读文章。在阅读过程中针对长句子（复合句及含有多个从句的复合句）要教给学生分析句子结构的能力。
难点1.写作：书面表达是中考中失分最大的题目，所以对于大多数同学，先落实平时训练，要求学生注意主、谓、宾的基本结构及时态。并多做一些连字成句、连句成篇的训练。培养学生好的书写习惯，如大小写，标点等。
三、学期教学目标：
学生应有较明确的英语学习动机和积极主动的学习态度。能听懂教师对有关熟悉话题的陈述并能参与讨论。能读懂九年级学生阅读的简单读物，克服生词障碍，理解大意。能根据阅读目的运用适当的阅读策略。能与他人合作，解决问题并报告结果，共同完成学习任务。能在学习中互相帮助，克服困难。能合理计划和安排学习任务，积极探索适合自己的学习方法。在学习和日常交际中能注意到的差异。
1、要面向全体学生，关注每个学生的情感，激发他们学习英语的兴趣，帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心,培养创新精神。
2、整体设计目标，体现灵活开放，目标设计以学生技能，语言知识，情感态度，学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础。
3、突出学生主体，尊重个体差异。
4、采用语法翻译法，让学生在老师的指导下，实现目标，感受语言带来的快乐。
5、注重过程评价，促进学生发展，建立能激励学生学习兴趣和自主学习能力发展的评价体系。
四、教学措施：
1.要求学生坚持记单词，这是学习英语的根本。
2.每天听写课文中的单词。要求学生多记单词，
3.对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业。制定合适的学习评价方法，让他们树立学习的自信；
4.培养学习兴趣，引导学生掌握正确的学习方法，提高学习效率；
5.发挥学生主体和教师主导作用：
6.营造良好的课堂气氛，培养学生开口说英语的勇气和信心；
7.引导学生实现语言的迁移，加强日常生活中英语口语的运用；
8.鼓励学生自主探索，合用探究，共同提高。 9.加强听力训练。
